1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Invepink's website (inve.pink) and purchasing our digital artwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

Invepink offers hand-painted digital artwork files for personal use. When you purchase our digital art:

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork
• You may display the artwork on your personal devices, including TVs, digital frames, and personal screens
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use the artwork for commercial purposes
• You may not claim ownership of the original artwork or copyright

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our digital artwork for:

• Commercial purposes or business use
• Resale or redistribution in any form
• Printing or physical reproduction in any format
• Creating derivative works for commercial purposes
• Mass production or manufacturing
• Inclusion in products intended for sale
• Stock photography or digital asset libraries
• Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or blockchain applications

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Ko-fi, our secure payment processor. Payment terms include:

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment is required before digital delivery
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Digital downloads are available immediately after successful payment
• All sales are final - no refunds provided for digital downloads

5. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment:

• You will receive an email with download instructions
• Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase
• Files are provided in JPG format at 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels)
• We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately

6. Technical Requirements

To use our digital artwork, you need:

• A device capable of displaying JPG images
• Sufficient storage space for 4K image files
• Compatible display device (TV, monitor, digital frame)
• Internet connection for initial download

7. Quality and Display

Please note that:

• Colors may vary depending on your display device and settings
• We optimize artwork for digital display only
• We cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices

8. Limitation of Liability

Invepink's liability is limited to the purchase price of the digital artwork. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or inability to download files after the 30-day period
• Device compatibility issues
• Display quality variations

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All digital artwork, including but not limited to images, designs, and creative content, is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Invepink. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Invepink operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be valid and enforceable.
